By booking with The Brick & Beam, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings require full payment or a deposit as specified during checkout.
• Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation.

2. Cancellations

• Policies vary by suite and booking platform.
• Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in and check-out times are confirmed at booking.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee.

4. Guest Conduct

• Quiet hours: 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. (Sunday–Thursday); 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. (Friday–Saturday).
• No parties or events are permitted.
• Smoking is prohibited inside all suites and common areas.

5. Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear. The Brick & Beam and The Jakop Collection are not liable for injury, theft, or utility disruptions beyond our control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
