Terms & Conditions

By booking with The Brick & Beam, you agree to the following terms:

All reservations require full payment or a deposit at the time of booking, as specified during checkout.

By completing your booking, you authorize The Brick & Beam to charge the payment method provided for the agreed amount.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate and booking platform selected at the time of reservation.

All bookings are subject to the cancellation terms presented at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable within the specified cancellation window.

No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Approved refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days.

Check-in and check-out times are confirmed at the time of booking.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.

Quiet hours:
9:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m. (Sunday–Thursday)
11:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m. (Friday–Saturday)

Parties, events and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Smoking is not permitted inside any suite or common area.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or contents beyond normal wear and tear.

The Brick & Beam reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.

The Brick & Beam and The Jakop Collection are not liable for loss, theft, injury, or interruptions to utilities or services beyond our control.

By completing a booking, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the matter.

Any disputes initiated in violation of these terms may be subject to additional administrative and recovery fees where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
