Positive: Great location. Nice unit with all the basic things you need. Lovely products in the bathroom. Negative: Floors were really very dirty. I also don’t agree with guests having to take out trash and do dishes at a hotel when there’s a cleaning fee. Feels like something more appropriate for a bare bones Airbnb.

Great location, central to all things downtown. Excellent facilities. Definitely worth a return visit. Great communication with the owner throughout the visit. You should line up for the cinnamon buns in the morning (or get there right at 9 as you are upstairs); a must do in Collingwood.

Location was amazing. Suite was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Also loved access to laundry facilities and personal cleaning supplies. We loved exploring all the different restaurants and stores in the area. Only thing we didn’t love was lack of “permanent” parking. Although the listing mentioned this and we were well informed, it still proved to be a bit of a constant stressor for us. It would be sweet if the owners could work out a deal with the Law Firm right behind the location to see if parking could be more straight forward in the future. Does not seem the Law Firms lot was ever fully utilized. Other than this everything was great. Would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at The Brick & Beam. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The location is ideal, making it easy to access all the best spots in town!

We had a lovely weekend in Collingwood visiting family to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you for providing a clean, well decorated space with all the comforts of home. The booking process was easy and we were guided by the most friendly hosts. We loved the little bakery and the downtown core. We will be back!
