The Carmichael, Romantic King Suite, Gas Fireplace, Chef's Kitchen

We stayed in the Carmichael Suite recently. To be honest with you it might be the nicest Suite in all of Simcoe and Grey County and Muskoka. Don’t get me wrong we are lucky to have so many nice places in and around us but this place was over the top. Lot’s of living and dining room space. The kitchen was stunning and large, they made sure it was outfitted with all the things you would hope for….but dont always find. King size bed was not tight in the bedroom, lots of room on both sides. Two large fans to compliment the A/C. Overall, VERY impressive, you won’t be disappointed. In the heart of downtown with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Go ahead and spoil yourself!!!!

Excellent! Positive: It was an excellent location, well appointed self contained unit. Negative: It was not a problem for me but there are a lot of chairs, and could be difficult to access for some.

Beautiful and comfortable place in a great central location! Positive: The unit we stayed in was beautiful! Very spacious, very comfortable. Lovely bathroom too. Negative: Could’ve used a few more types of glasses in the kitchen and some bigger/better mugs for use with our AeroPress (coffee). Also wish the sheets could’ve been cotton and the pillows a bit firmer…. But very comfy bed nonetheless!

Positive: We stayed in the Carmichael suite. It is beautifully done and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, right on the main downtown street.
